Non-Conventional Food Plants are associated (PANC) with traditional knowledge that must be reclaimed in order to foster the formation of a Decolonial Ecological Subject. In this context, the study sought to answer the following question: how can the relationship between PANC, society, and the environment contribute to the formation of a Decolonial Ecological Subject in urban spaces? The methodological strategy adopted involved conducting two short courses (one in-person and one online), each lasting four days. The target audience was the community of the Diadema campus (Unifesp), with additional spots offered to the general public. PANC were used as a cross-cutting theme to address socio-environmental and decolonial issues, drawing on the theoretical framework of Malcom Ferdinand.
